Day 2: Time to put your checklist to use!

It's time to assess your current health and wellness.

Sometimes a roadmap is required on a journey.  To assist you in navigating the "40 Days to Wellness" journey, we are providing our invaluable "Integrative Nutrition Checklist for Mental Health".

You'll find your checklist located in our "Downloads" section, below.

Reviewing the checklist is the next step in our "40 Days to Wellness" program, which focuses on bringing your mental health and wellness back into alignment, regardless of your diagnosis or current state. 

We'll be following this checklist throughout the program, so keep it in a handy place so that you can refer to it often.

The checklist will refer to the major areas that round out your lifestyle and health, including:

  • Your work and home environments 
  • Your sleep patterns
  • Your relationships
  • Spirituality
  • How you view your body
  • The food and drinks you consume
  • Medication
  • Exercise
  • Vitamins, Minerals and Supplements
  • Alternative Therapies
  • Your relationship with your doctor(s)
